The Trailer Challenge

Hosted by NFFTY, co-hosted by Audiosocket

Have you ever felt like the main character in a film? It’s time to show off that energy! In this NFFTY challenge, you are tasked with creating a cinematic trailer for your life based off your favorite film styles. Entries should be 60-90 seconds long and include audio from our sponsors at Audiosocket.

All participants will be provided access to audiosocket for this challenge.

Competition dates + deadline to register:

Registration opens August 2nd - August 30th, 2023

Challenge runs from September 1st - 30th, 2023

SCREENING

The finalist films will screen at NFFTY 2023
Sunday, April 30 at 10am in Seattle, WA | Online May 2nd - May 5th

WINNER ANNOUNCED

The winning film will be announced at the NFFTY 2023 awards ceremony, on Sunday, April 30th (live and broadcast)

$700 Cash Prize for your school’s film program
