
Joseph Carr
Joseph Carr is a film producer and Managing Director of Indie Memphis, a nonprofit dedicated to creating community through independent film and supporting the development of filmmakers. His role includes overseeing all filmmaker development opportunities including grants, educational & networking events, mentorships, residencies, and youth film programs. A graduate of the University of Memphis in Film & Video Production, he has been working in various facets of filmmaking for over 18 years. His most recent producing credits include the short films 'The Little Tea Shop' and 'La Sirena', and is currently in-development on a feature film version of the latter.

Luke Gibson
Luke Gibson is a director and editor from Dorset, England currently based in Los Angeles. His work ranges from music videos to campaign commercials for progressive politicians. He is currently a creative director at The Win Company, an award-winning political media firm, creating ads for figures such as Congresswoman Lauren Underwood, Senator John Fetterman, and President Biden. While he finds voter engagement to be essential, his music videos are thankfully much lower stakes. His work has screened at multiple NFFTY festivals and he is honored to return as part of the jury.

Kody Kurth
Kody Kurth is an award-winning director known for his experiential visual effects, sound design and cinematography in the entertainment industry. His passion for filmmaking started at a young age when he discovered editing & graphic design. Since then, Kody has been drawn to the world of audiovisual design. As a music video director and proud NFFTY alumni, he currently resides in Colorado where he owns a video production company specialized in branded entertainment.

Luis G. Santos
Luis G. Santos was born and raised in the Bronx, NY to a business-man Father and a white-collar worker Mother who’s a closeted writer. As a child, Luis observed his father’s strong business acumen by day & snuck around the house to find his mother’s beautiful-yet-hidden writings at night. This juxtaposition is what sparked Luis’ obsession with developing a strong business sense while consistently fostering his never-ending dedication to perfecting his artistic craft. While writing & directing his own short films in hopes of developing projects for TV & FILM, Luis climbed the corporate ladder - starting an internship at 72&sunny and later producing at Mother NY, McCann, & VEVO. This collection of experiences has helped Luis attain a deep understanding of how to excel as a director, writer, and producer in Film, TV, & Commercial productions while also enabling him to properly understand the corporate structure firsthand.
Luis has also carved a lane for himself in the Music & Live entertainment spaces, directing live work for artists such as Future, Arcangel, Jessie Reyes, Pusha T, Latto, & many more.

Mario Cabral
Mario Cabral, is 27 years old, born in the Dominican Republic, and moved to New York City when he was 15 years old. Mario is a professional video editor, filmmaker, and VFX self-taught artist who likes to keep learning new things.
Mario has over 6 years of experience in the music video and vfx industry. He has worked in both scripted and unscripted settings, as well as on a variety of projects ranging from short films to music videos.
Mario is able to create a compelling narrative that is engaging and accessible, while also paying attention to detail and ensuring that all information is conveyed effectively.

Morgan Gruer
Morgan Gruer is a multidisciplinary Director and Creative Director known for her bold, expressive visual storytelling. Drawing on her background in design, animation, and illustration, Morgan fuses digital and analog formats to create dynamic, groundbreaking work.
She has collaborated with artists including Lana Del Rey, Sara Bareilles and The Decemberists, brands including Barbie, Red Bull, and the Georgia Lottery, and her work has been featured in Rolling Stone, The New York Times, VICE, Refinery 29, Variety, and Billboard.
Morgan is the Founder & Creative Director of the creative studio, GRÜER.
